A local timber which is light coloured on both faces of plywood sheet.
Non-structural plywood where structural characteristics are not required. Common uses include formwork for concrete and temporary projects.
Plywood is a generic name known worldwide as thin wood sheets that are glued and pressed together.
In Indonesia it is also known as Multiplex and Triplex.
Triplex and multiplex differ only in the number of layers of wood. If there are three layers of wood, it is called triplex, while if the layers consist of more than three sheets, it is called multiplex.
